Swedish Bulla Bread!

Holy cow! I’m baking Swedish Bulla bread for the first time at altitude, plaited with three proves! (Doing a tap dance in my 7300 ft kitchen.) If you sense a huge amount of enthusiasm in this short post, you’re completely on-target. Who could have known that making an elaborate bread (for me, this is elaborate) would feel like such a joyful, creative workout in the kitchen?
