Magical ingredients going into my Instant Pot

Although I’m a newbie at this whole InstantPotting thing, I must say it’s making me almost giddy. How in the world is it possible to make an amazing Veggie Chicken Soup in just over an hour? It’s nothing short of MAGIC!
But you know what’s just as magical?
The ingredients I used in my soup earlier this week:
- New Mexico Green Chile
- Purple, Red, and White TINY Potatoes
- Golden Beets
- Carrots
- Celery
- Green Beans
- Parsley
- Onion
- Rotisserie Chicken
- Black Pepper Corns
- Gobs o’ Garlic
- Tons of Thyme
The last ingredient (Tons of Thyme) is a bit ironic because it took practically NO TIME.
WOWZA!
